“Apply to All” option in Comp & Void step- Cashup

Users can now apply the Authorized by, Reason of Comp and Void Type values to all the records below with a single click, reducing manual effort and time.

1. Submitters and Approvers can use this feature.

Value this change will add:

1. Reduces the time and effort spent updating each line record manually.

1. Log in to the Cashup application.

2. Go to the Comps & Voids step and autofill the records.

3. Once the records are filled, click the Authorized by dropdown. An arrow will appear; click it to apply the current selection to all the records below.

: If the records are filled manually, this option will appear only when there are further records below the current selection.

• Sales have been synced from EPOS and the records have been updated using autofill.

• There are multiple Comps and Voids records on which to use this feature.

• This feature can only be used where there are multiple line records to apply it to.

This change will have no impact on the existing functionality or reporting of the Cashup application.
