Summary of changes:
Cashup Reports & Review tab improvements
• Daily snapshot Report: MTD sales and its % comparison added
• Approver & Submitter comments for all Users.
Approver & Submitter comments for all users:
Previously, approver comments were visible only to the Submitter and Approvers. Now, making them visible to View only users as these users belongs to board members and internal team & provides broader context around the approval decision.

Daily Snapshot report:
1. Adds significant value because it turns raw sales data into performance insights and early warnings for restaurant/site managers
2. Helps identify problems early.
3. Shows whether the month is going in the right direction
4. The Last Year Same Date comparison is valuable because it measures performance against the same point in the previous year.
Approver & submitter comments for all users:
Previously, approver comments were visible only to the Submitter and Approvers. Now, making them visible to View only users as these users belongs to board members and internal team & provides broader context around the approval decision.
Daily Snapshot report Navigation:
This report is automatically distributed once the cashup is approved based on the email ids configured in its distribution list.
Assumptions and Limitation:
• Sales received from the EPOS are accurate and complete.
• The latest available EPOS sales have been successfully synced into Cashup before the report is generated.
• Last week same day" is calculated as the corresponding day 7 days earlier.
• The system compares against the appropriate date/period from the previous year.
• Month-to-date sales include all sales from the beginning of the current month through the reporting date.

1. Login to cashup
2. Select cash register and go to one business date.
3. Click on review from steps above.
4. It will show comments to view access as well.

Assumptions and Limitation:
• Comments while submitting or approving are added by users while carrying it out.
Impact:
These changes will have no impact on the existing working & reporting of Cashup Application.
