Summary of Changes
We've enhanced the Staff Labor Performance Overview table on the Staff Efficiency & Cost page to provide a detailed site-level breakdown when multiple sites are selected. Users can now view individual site summaries and their daily, monthly, periodic and quarterly labor performance while continuing to access the overall consolidated totals in the same report.

Change Details
- Site-Level Performance Breakdown - When multiple sites are selected, the Staff Labour Performance Overview table now displays a dedicated summary row for each selected site, followed by its daily labour performance breakdown.
- Comprehensive Metrics at Site Level: The following metrics are now available for each site's summary and daily breakdown:
- Sales
- Scheduled Cost
- Actual Cost
- Cost % of Sales
- Scheduled Hours
- Actual Hours
- SPMH
- Covers
- LHPC
- Cost per Cover
- Consolidated Total Retained: The report continues to display a consolidated Total row at the bottom, allowing users to view the overall performance across all selected sites while also analyzing each site individually.
Assumptions & Limitations
- Site-level breakdown is displayed only when multiple sites are selected.
- When a single site is selected, the table continues to display only that site's daily performance.
- The consolidated Total row remains available irrespective of the number of sites selected.
Impact
This enhancement provides greater visibility into labour performance across multiple sites without requiring users to switch filters or run separate reports. Users can easily compare locations, identify operational trends, and make better staffing decisions while retaining an overall consolidated view.
