We've introduced the ability to download the Performance Analysis report in Microsoft Excel format, enabling users to perform deeper analysis, create custom calculations, and share report data outside Trakn while preserving the report structure.

Change Details
- Excel Export for Performance Analysis- Users can now download the Performance Analysis page directly in Microsoft Excel format using the Download Excel option.
- Structured Workbook Layout- The exported workbook preserves the Performance Analysis report structure, including the selected metrics, revenue centres, sessions, comparisons, and hierarchical grouping, making the data immediately usable without requiring manual formatting.
- Enhanced Offline Analysis- Once exported, users can leverage Excel features such as sorting, filtering, formulas, pivot tables, charts, and additional calculations to perform more detailed analysis beyond what is available within Trakn.
Assumptions & Limitations
- The exported workbook reflects the currently applied filters, selected metrics, and date range on the Performance Analysis page at the time of export.
- Only the data currently available within the report is exported; no additional hidden calculations or datasets are included.
- Exporting large datasets may increase download time depending on the volume of data returned.
- The Excel export is intended for analysis and reporting purposes only and does not provide a mechanism to import edited data back into Trakn.
