Forecasted Accrued Balance for Hourly Employees - Staflexx

Hourly-accrued employees will now see an estimated future accrued balance when applying for or approving leave, improving visibility and consistency with other accrual methods.

Improves visibility of estimated leave balances for hourly employees
Supports more informed leave application and approval decisions
Aligns the user experience across all accrual methods

Change Details:

Added forecasted accrued balance calculations for hourly-accrued employees during leave application and approval
Balance now estimates future accrual up to the leave end date (or entitlement end date where applicable)
Behaviour now aligns with existing forecasting available for standard accrual methods

Balance is an estimate and will change as additional hours are worked
Forecast is limited to the entitlement end date where applicable
Actual balance remains subject to future worked hours and approved leave
