Staff Monthly Absences View on Dashboard Calendar – Staflexx

The Dashboard Calendar now includes a dedicated Staff Absences view, providing Monthly and Staff x Days views with clear visibility of approved and pending leave.

Roles impacted:

Managers / Supervisors
HR / Administrators

Value this change will add:

Provides a clearer overview of staff absences directly from the Dashboard
Makes monthly leave planning and team availability easier
Improves visibility of pending leave requests

Change Details:

Added a new Staff Absences view to the Dashboard Calendar Widget
Includes Monthly and Staff x Days views
Displays leave according to the selected Team View / My View
Users can hover over leave transactions to view additional details
Pending leave transactions are displayed and clearly identified

Assumptions & Limitations:

Leave visibility follows existing Team View / My View access
Only leave transactions the user is authorised to view are displayed
