We've introduced the ability for users to choose whether scheduled Trakn reports should be generated using Table or Graph view. This provides greater control over PDF presentation and allows users to prioritise readability and detailed analysis based on how the report will be consumed.

Change Details
PDF View Selection While Scheduling
 - A new mandatory PDF View option has been introduced within the Create/Edit Schedule screen for Trakn pages where report scheduling is available. Users can select whether components should be displayed in Tables or Graphs when the scheduled PDF is generated.
Table View as Default
 - Tables will be selected by default when creating a schedule. This helps improve the readability of detailed figures and supports easier analysis of scheduled reports.
Graph View Selection
 - Users who prefer visual analysis can select Graphs while creating or editing their schedule. Components that support both graph and table views will then be generated using their graph representation.
Components Without a Table View
 - If Tables is selected but a component does not have an associated table/flip-table view, that component will continue to be displayed as a graph in the scheduled PDF. This ensures that components are not excluded simply because a table representation is unavailable.
Assumptions & Limitations
The PDF View selection is a mandatory field when creating or editing applicable report schedules.
Tables are selected by default.
The selected view applies only to components where both a graph and corresponding table/flip-table view are available.
Components without a table view will always be displayed as graphs, regardless of the selected PDF View.
This enhancement applies to standard Trakn pages where page scheduling is enabled.
Custom Dashboard PDFs are not impacted by this change. Within Custom Dashboards, graphs and their corresponding tables are already included together by default wherever a flip-table view is available.
